Poker Parlour Wattle

Dine Between Hands

A warm, low-lit dining room where face-to-face poker and thoughtful food share the same table.

The Kitchen

Our kitchen is built for the rhythms of the poker room.

Dishes are designed to be enjoyed between hands, without interrupting the flow of a game. The menu focuses on shareable plates and hearty mains that sustain long sessions, from the first deal to the final river. Ingredients are locally sourced and prepared with a refined, unpretentious approach that respects both the food and the players at the table.

The dining room sits adjacent to the card lounge, allowing players to move easily between tables. The layout encourages socializing and dining without leaving the poker atmosphere, and the restaurant operates as a warm, low-lit space that complements the darker poker room rather than competing with it.

Menu Highlights

From the Kitchen

A curated selection of dishes that pair well with a night of poker.

Charred Octopus

Charred octopus with smoked paprika aioli and pickled fennel. A shareable starter that is easy to eat between hands, with smoky flavors that echo the dark, cinematic atmosphere of the poker room.

Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder

Slow-roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary jus and roasted root vegetables. A hearty main designed to sustain long poker sessions, served family-style to encourage sharing at the table.

Dark Chocolate Tart

Dark chocolate tart with burnt caramel and sea salt. A rich dessert to end the evening on a high note, with deep flavors that mirror the venue's dark, premium aesthetic.

Dining During Poker

Food and poker share the same rhythm at Poker Parlour Wattle.

Dishes are designed to be enjoyed without leaving the poker table. Servers are trained to move quietly through the card lounge during play, and the menu includes items that can be eaten with one hand, keeping the other free for cards. It is a deliberate approach to hospitality that never asks a player to choose between a good meal and a good hand.

On poker nights, the kitchen extends its hours to serve players between rounds. A special late-night menu is available during scheduled poker nights, and the bar remains open for coffee, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options throughout the evening.

Bar and Lounge

The bar is a natural extension of the poker room.

It offers a place to relax between hands, with a curated list of wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options. The lounge area features comfortable seating and low lighting, echoing the card lounge's atmosphere and giving players a quieter space to review a session or simply step away from the felt for a few minutes.

Bar service is available throughout the venue, including at poker tables. Try the Parlour Old Fashioned, a house cocktail inspired by the venue's brass and charcoal palette. Made with bourbon, bitters, and a touch of smoked sugar, it is served in a heavy crystal glass that fits the premium club atmosphere.

Private Dining

The restaurant can be reserved for private poker groups and special occasions.

The space accommodates groups of up to 20 guests for a combined dining and poker experience. Custom menus can be arranged to suit the group's preferences, and the adjacent card lounge and poker tables are available for private use during the event. Whether it is a corporate evening, a milestone celebration, or a regular home-game group looking for a dedicated room, the restaurant becomes a private chapter of the club.
